1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, placing an order, or paying for any product, you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, do not place an order and do not use this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to use this site or place an order. By placing an order, you affirm under penalty of perjury that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are purchasing these materials strictly for laboratory research, in-vitro investigation, or analytical reference.
• You are legally permitted to receive these materials at the shipping address you provide.
• You will not administer, ingest, inject, or otherwise apply these materials to any human or animal.

3. Nature of Products

Every compound in our catalog is offered strictly as a research chemical and analytical reference material for laboratory and in-vitro investigation. Regardless of how any individual compound may otherwise be classified, manufactured, prescribed, marketed, or regulated by any party in any jurisdiction:

• Our products are manufactured and supplied for research purposes only. They have not been prepared, packaged, labeled, sterilized, quality-controlled, or released to the standards required for pharmaceutical, veterinary, food, dietary, or cosmetic use.
• We sell our products solely as research-use materials. We make no representation that any product is suitable, safe, effective, or lawful for any application outside of controlled laboratory research.
• We do not market, advertise, label, or hold out any product as a drug, dietary supplement, food, food additive, cosmetic, veterinary product, medical device, or other consumable or therapeutic article.
• The molecular identity of a compound is independent of the form in which we supply it. The fact that a given substance may also exist as the active component of an approved pharmaceutical product, an investigational drug, or any other regulated article elsewhere does not alter the research-only character of what we sell or imply that our research material is interchangeable with, equivalent to, or a substitute for any such product.

You acknowledge that our products have not been tested or released for safety, purity, or efficacy in any human or animal application, and that any use beyond controlled laboratory research is unsafe, outside our intended scope of supply, and undertaken entirely at your own risk.

4. No Medical, Pharmaceutical, or Therapeutic Claims

Nothing on this site, in product descriptions, in customer communications, or in any other material we publish or transmit constitutes medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, nutritional, scientific, or therapeutic advice.

Any reference to a compound's pharmacology, receptor activity, mechanism of action, biological effect, or research history is drawn solely from published scientific literature and is provided for research context. Such references are not endorsements, recommendations, or claims that a compound is safe, effective, suitable, or approved for human use, animal use, treatment of any condition, prevention of any disease, or any application outside controlled laboratory research.

5. Customer Responsibility & Indemnification

You take full and sole responsibility for:

• Determining the legal, regulatory, and customs status of each compound you order in your jurisdiction before placing the order, including any research-use exemption or licensing requirement you intend to rely on.
• Compliance with all federal, state, provincial, local, and international laws applicable to your possession, importation, transport, storage, use, and disposal of these materials.
• Proper handling, storage, and disposal of all materials in accordance with accepted research-laboratory safety practices.
• Any representations you make to third parties about these products, and any consequence arising from your use, misuse, modification, or onward distribution of them.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GreyLabs Research, its operators, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use, misuse, or onward distribution of any product; (b) your representations about any product to any third party; (c) any harm caused to yourself, another person, or any animal in connection with your handling of a product; or (d) your breach of these Terms.

6. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All transactions are denominated in U.S. Dollars and settled in Bitcoin (BTC) at the exchange rate locked at the time of order creation. Prices may include time-limited promotional discounts; the price displayed when an item is added to your cart is honored at checkout for that session.

Bitcoin transactions are irreversible. Once an order is confirmed on-chain, payment cannot be recalled. Overpayment is not automatically refunded; underpayment will hold the order pending the remainder.

7. Shipping

Items stocked domestically ("on-hand") ship from within the United States at country-specific rates listed on the order page. Items not stocked domestically ship from an international supplier at a flat $75 rate; if any single item in a cart is not on-hand, the entire order ships at the flat rate.

After your Bitcoin payment confirms on-chain, the tracking number is emailed to the address you provide on the following targets, measured from confirmation, not from order placement:

• On-hand orders (US warehouse): tracking emailed within 1–2 business days.
• International / kit orders ($75.00 flat shipping fee): tracking emailed within 7–10 days.

These targets cover the time between payment confirmation and the issuance of a shipping label, not total delivery time. Actual transit time after tracking is issued depends on the carrier and destination and is outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery within any specific overall timeframe; customs delays, postal interruptions, and international logistics are outside our control.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Due to the nature of these materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Orders cannot be cancelled once Bitcoin payment has been confirmed on-chain.

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order ID and shipping confirmation. We will assess each case individually but do not guarantee replacement.

9. Personal Data

We collect only the data strictly necessary to fulfill your order: shipping address, email, optional phone number, and order details. This information is stored solely for the purpose of shipping and is shared only with the postal carrier. We do not maintain customer accounts, profiles, or marketing lists. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Order records are retained for our business records and tax compliance. You may request deletion of your data after your order is fulfilled by contacting us; however, certain information may be retained as required by law.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

• Administer, ingest, inject, inhale, apply, or otherwise introduce any product into the body of any human or animal.
• Repackage, relabel, formulate, compound, or distribute any product as a drug, dietary supplement, food, food additive, cosmetic, veterinary product, medical device, or any other consumable, therapeutic, or human-use article.
• Represent any product, in any forum, as suitable, safe, approved, equivalent, or interchangeable with any pharmaceutical product, prescription medication, supplement, or other regulated article.
• Use any product in a manner that violates local, national, or international law, including any applicable patent, controlled-substances, food-and-drug, customs, or import/export law.
• Make medical, therapeutic, nutritional, or veterinary claims about any product to any third party.

Violation of this section is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate refusal of future orders.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products and services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no representations about purity, potency, identity, or stability beyond what is stated in publicly available certificates of analysis where provided.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreyLabs Research and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or this site, including but not limited to personal injury, lost profits, or property damage, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from your use of this site shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Contact

For questions about an order, reach us in our Discord server with your order ID. We do not currently provide phone support. A dedicated support email address will replace this contact channel in a future update; until then, Discord is the only support channel.
